Exciting
news for Team BRM is that Clipsal 500 race winner, Karl Reindler,
has been invited to test for Carlin Motorsport in the next couple
of months.
Trevor
Carlin, Principal of Carlin Motorsport, met Karl when he was here
late last year and following his victory in Adelaide has extended
an invitation to Karl to come to the UK to test.
Karl
has also received interest from Euro F3 teams and also from a Japanese
F3 team.
"Karl's
management will be liaising with us to evaluate the best path for
his career. He is one of Australia's brightest young talents as
already seen by his winning the CAMS AON Young Driver Award and
the F3 2003 Rookie of the Year Award" said Bronte Rundle, Team
Owner.
Team
BRM heads to Oran Park to test prior to Round 2 on Thursday 8th
April 2004.
This
will be the first round for young New Zealand driver, Nic Jordan,
driving the Scholarship programme Dallara 398.
Ian
Richards, Technical Director, said "Nic will make a big impression
on F3 in Australia."
